Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder (ensure halal certification)
- 2 teaspoons hot water
- 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
Instructions:
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove any lumps.
- Add the hot water and whisk vigorously until the matcha is fully dissolved and frothy.
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan or microwave until hot but not boiling.
- Pour the hot milk into a mug, then add the dissolved matcha.
